New to crossfit? 

 

Before attending you will be required to complete a FOUNDATION COURSE. This consists of 4 one hour sessions of the course of 2 weeks, where you will be introduced to the crossfit method and the 9 foundational movements that we use. ensuring that you are training safely and have a basic understanding of the movements.

Thinking of getting back into crossfit? 

 

although it is not a requirement feel free to complete the foundation course again if you feel this is necessary, or you have been out for a while and use it as a breaking in method.
