Sport is major part of my life as I am an ex-professional football player. Unfortunately after ACL ruptures in both knees I needed to finish my career. I discovered Crossfit in 2013. I like it because it has got holistic approach to the movement and sport. I'm proud to say that I'm certified Level 2 Crossfit Trainer, personal trainer and FMS professional. I have a solid understanding and knowledge of sport psychology, fitness as well as strength and conditioning. I am very dedicated to my job as a coach, to ensure that the knowledge and experience I have got is improving somebody’s fitness and mental abilities. I strongly believe that knowledge, consistency and patience are the best keys to achieve your goals.
